I will say that aliens are out there. Not just on planets like Earth but also on barren planets and maybe some that has evolved to actualy live in space. Like on Titan AE there was a part where there were these space angles that looked abit like manta rays that followed starships in deep space.

Yes. And I think they would look a bit humanoid:Image

Hmm... Maybe a little fatter than the picture I don't think we would see their ribs. But why would they abduct us? There is a show called "ancient aliens" I think you should see it.

I am sure about the existence of aliens, but some people believe they are already here everyday there are more then 1000 reports about UFO's. A tip: Watch sience programs like curiosity it's very interesting.

I, from the bottom of my heart, believe that aliens of some shape or form exist. The universe is such a big place.. there is no way that we're the only ones. The chances of that are incredibly slim, if not impossible.

As for I believe they have visited Earth, I kind of believe they have. Earth is an odd place seeming with life; I am sure those "ETs" have found some kind of interest in studying it. As for abduction, hahaha no. I don't think anyone was abducted by these beings.

Also, I don't believe in the sterotypical "little green men". Creatures have to adapt to their planet, so it seems unlikely they'd have basically all the features that we humans have. I wouldn't be surprised if I saw a Revenant piloting a ship or a freaking one-eyed-mega-black-blob flying obnoxiously through the clouds. LOL.

I do believe that there are sentient beings like us out there. I also believe that there are nonsentient creatures, too.

It's hard to say no to questions like this.

I agree about the 'they exist' part, but I do not believe they have visited Earth, and probably shouldn't, if they don't want to get fired on by a bunch of trigger-happy bald guys. i definitely believe that they look nothing like humans, and may more-so resemble arthropods. if there are indeed vertebrates out there, then they likely have originated here. but i would like it if there are some TFs out there.

Maybe Were the aliens, and we arrived here thousands of years ago and killed the sentient species....

In all seriousness, no, aliens have not visited Earth. The only people who have seen them are scammers, drunks, or people who "misunderstood" what they saw. If there were life on another planet, they would not be little green men, nothing says they have to bo MORE intelligent then us. They are probably creatures, NOT Giant green headed, probing, disk flying weirdos from Mars! (Besides, if they could fly, it would take millions of years to get here to earth! Earth isn't that interesting you know...)

Nah, Earth's not interesting at all. So many cities filled with drone-humans who act the same, living lives that mirror one another almost indefinitely. Outside, there are lifeforms that all share common descent, looking the same at first glance, on landscapes that are not unique. All in all, too repetitive, just like this game's last 2 modes.
Orbiting it is a moon, looking like another planet in the solar system, orbiting a normal star, which is, in turn, orbiting a black hole along with countless other stars and planets, as well as your assorted gasses, which is one speck in clouds of similar phenomena, existing in a normal universe. In fact, the most interesting thing about Earth is that it's name is neither a god or a bunch of random numbers and letters, and that's not even a physical difference.
I definitely respect your opinion, but Earth is just so... bland.

For life to happen, you need to be in the " goldilock's zone", a very thin zone around a sun which allows for the perfect distance so that the planet is neither too hot nor too cold. Chances of any planet being in that zone, VERY SMALL

Second of all, size. The size of the planet has to allow enough gravity so that water doesn't evaporate off the planet, but not too big that the gravity crushes you.

Third of all water, the planet has to have sufficient quantities of water for life. Water is hard to form. One of the only ways to get it is by having the unlikely event of an asteroid/s with ice on it/them.
VERY SMALL CHANCE

Fourth of all, core. A planet needs a core so that it may create a magnetic field. Magnetic fields protect us from the solar waves, without it we'd all fry. Which is why we can never live on mars, it may be perfect size, perfect temperature and have ice, but does not have a working core.

Overall the chances that ALL these needs would be met, are so small it definatly averages to zero percent. We would be looking for a planet EXACTLY like earth. Ain't gonna happen, at least not close enough for us to see it.

On an additional note, for all you people who are trying to predict what they look like, you would all be wrong. It's hard to explain this, but if you believe in evolution, it's most probable aliens will NOT have eyes or a mouth, they'll have their version of detecting those senses. All creatures (most) on earth have eyes because they all evolved from one organism that had eyes. Unless those aliens evolved from an earth creature which would meen the creature actually had to travel through space, they would not share similar body parts! Hard to explain; hard to understand... Ps: they are not humanoid and defiantly don't speak english!!

Well, there are at least 100000000000000000000000000 stars in the universe, so there are therefore tons of planets that fit that criteria. And you mean a metal core, because there are very few hollow planets, right?
As for the no eyes or mouth thing, whatever they see with, if at all, could be called an eye because it's a visual sensory organ, and they may need a specific opening to digest food, A.K.A. a mouth, same thing for the relatively necessary limbs. On the other hand, it may not be carbon-based at all, and would therefore not require water.
The non-humanoid part, can be considered mostly true, but there's no slots, so convergent evolution can happen, nor does humanoid necessarily mean that they are shaped like humans, it simply means 2 arms, 2 legs, upright posture.. The English part, well, I can only say they could pick it up from television broadcasts.
Size is different than mass. The water will not fly off the planet, if they need it at all, and a massive planet would just mean stockier inhabitants.
Mars can be inhabited, but you would need shields to deflect radiation.

Never underestimate the power of human imagination.

And yes, it is likely that they will not have eyes... But eyes evolved several time in Earth's history, independently, so we were doing something right.

Some things will look like stuff on Earth through coincidence. Others will not. It is a matter of what is a good way to survive.

By working core, I meant a planet with, well... A working core.... The centre of the earth is very hot and active, meaning a magnetic field can be produced, take mars for example; it no longer has a working core, the centre isn't hollow, but is cold. Inactive.

On a second note, nothing says they need to see (with any organ that gives them sight) bats can't, most bugs and insects can't, bacteria can't... We always think of the five senses we have ( actually we have nine; the sense of balance, the sense of pain, the sense of heat, the sense of your bodies existence compared to your environment) how do we know there aren't hundreds of other senses that could be detected that we can't. But an alien could. Nothing says it needs an eye, it could have a new sense of "seeing" without sight.... Just saying ...

Last time I saw an episode of Know Universe, in that episode they haved it about alien life. They say that the egyptians makes the biggest pyramide 2400 bc. In that pyramide there are holes making by the egyptians and every hole points a constellation like Orion and the greate bear and every side of the pyramide like: ______ points the east, west, north and south. So how can it by that a primitive nation has that ability to know much about the universe witout tech? mayby aliens? seek it on youtube its very interesting (I dont know what the episode name is)

In those days there was no light pollution, so the sky would have been flooded by stars, no wonder they could see them without a telescope. We can see stars too in areas of no human population, such as deserts... It didn't have to come from space inteligence

LoLDOS. I'm not English either, but it's the only language i know.(I'm from the U.S.)

Bats can see, as can most adult insects. Why do you think they have so many eyes?

And an organ that allows an organism to see could be categorized as an eye.

No, bats are completely blind, they move by sending extremely high pitched sound waves which we can't hear. Once the waves hit something and get reflected, the bat knows where something is, very complicated form of moving.

Moths are almost blind, they can only see light, barely the shape of the object. They move by looking at the moon, and seeing that if they move and the moon doesn't appear to move, they know they are going in a straight line. If the moon pans across the sky, they know they are turning. The sudden uprising of artificial lights in recent days are confusing moths, they believe the lights we have are the moon. And since the lights are so small, when they are moving in a straight line, the light appears to be moving, so they think they are turning, so the only way for them to think they are moving in a straight line is by orbiting round it.... Lol, complicated, by the way moths are going to become extinct soon because we are messing with their brain...

So you see, if these animals have managed to find ways of "seeing" without "sight" then who knows what other methods exist that aliens may posses and we can't...

Actually, i looked it up, and no bat is blind, just with poor vision. Moths can still see, if only light. Echolocation is hearing, even if it parallels sight.

Look, the point im trying to make is to not make you think why wouldn't aliens have eyes? And instead think, why would aliens have eyes? Think about it.

For the same reason that so much life on Earth has eyes. To see the surroundings, prey, predators, etc. Vision of any form is too useful to not have in most environments, though there are exceptions.
