Error 73001 ask for retail key after log in then says inuse

OMG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i bought darkspore recent iv redowloaded few times and when i log in it brings up window ask for retail key type that in already in use well of course because i used to registrar so then i close it and i have error73001 i try waiting for it close that dose not happen i pres ok then for a bit every 5 sec it pops up again plz help i really want to play
