found out a little workaround:
just go to your EA account that you bought it for and under "orders and billing" it should be under there as a recent purchase.

I just checked my 2 EA profiles, and both do not have the game on pending Orders, or anywhere in Orders and Billing. Now I'm getting worried.

If you're from EU then it wont till games released for us. So said Mach from customer support
