@Deltav: Eh, that's not so impressive. There was one before you, If I recall. Besides that, the passive is a direct copy of SRS-42's.

Vazt, the Skullworn Huntsman

Genesis: Bio
Bio: In the massive jungles of Verdanth, big game animals were never in short supply. There was always a way to catch something-for food, for survival, for sport. The last one, in particular, was frowned upon by Verdanth's officials- it was pointless waste, the kind of act that only selfish egotists took part in. And so, hunters like Vazt remained on the dark side of the legal line-always toying with the authorities, never giving up their high-risk, destructive lifestyles.
But when the Darkspore came, the hunters' way of life entered turmoil. Until now, they had never been in any real danger; they were all skilled enough to take down the biggest animals on Verdanth, and many countermeasures were taken to ensure the authorities never found them out. But here, the animals had all gone bigger, stronger, and faster- and the vast majority of hunters had mutated into animals themselves. Vazt found himself on the run from his fellow huntsmen, wishing that authorities would come to find them now. But the authorities never came, and before long Vazt found himself facing the cities that had been trying to catch him, all taken over by the Corrupter and his ilk.
After many long days and nights running all over Verdanth, Vazt finally found Verdanth's crogenitor, Astra. Astra worked long hours, day and night, creating living weapons with which to battle the darkspore. Unhesitating, Vazt volunteered for the role; with his fellow hunters all fallen, he had nothing left to lose.
And so, after weeks of experimentation, Vazt was transformed. He was already an expertly skilled hunter; with the genetic modifications Astra had given him, he was more than a match for the legions of darkspore that had taken everything he knew. Riding into battle with his head held high, Vazt relived the old days of snaring and killing, becoming known as the Skullworn Huntsman.

He carries many blades all over his body.
Weapons: the previously mentioned long, bladed forearms. When walking normally, they are used like normal legs; When attacking, Vazt holds up one of them and slices with it.
ABILITIES-----------------------------------------
Basic- Carrion Slice: Vazt slices with his forearms, making large sweeping motions in front. This attack has high range and deals 8-15 physical damage. If Vazt attacks 3-4 times in a row, on the 3rd and 4th hits his slices will be almost horizontal and can hit an additional enemy; on the 5th and 6th hits, he slices all around him and can hit another additional enemy, totaling up to 3 enemies max. When hitting more than one enemy, the damage of this attack will decrease by 35% for each additional enemy hit, for a total of 30% damage if attacking 3 enemies. Higher amounts of dex will decrease the amount of damage lost per additional enemy hit.
Special- Ensnare Bolt: Vazt shoots a bolt of webbing from his mouth. Any enemy hit by this bolt of webbing will become terrified for 5 seconds, taking 2-3 energy damage per second; everywhere he runs, he will leave a web trail that slows any enemy caught in it and deals 1-2 energy damage per second, lasting for 10 seconds until it dissipates. The original target hit will become ensnared after the 5 seconds of being terrified have passed.

Squad- Bladed Boomerang: Vazt throws one of the many blades he carries at the selected enemy, dealing 4-8 physical damage and causing it to be vulnerable to physical attacks for the next 3 seconds, taking 30% more damage. If there are any enemies on the path or around the target, the boomerang will hit those as well, and will continue to fly among and hit enemies until 5 seconds have passed or the button is pressed again. At that time, the boomerang will fly straight to Vazt, damaging any enemies in his path; if the boomerang is called back, the amount of time it would have continued flying is subtracted from the cooldown for this ability. If the target enemy/Vazt moves, the boomerang will continue to track down the target until it either meets it or is called back/runs out of time. The boomerang can be destroyed, and benefits from pet equips; if destroyed, the cooldown for this ability is increased by 5 seconds.
Passive- Superior Marksmanship: Projectile speed is increased by 10% and attack speed by 5%; all allies within 4m have their projectile speed increased by 6% and attack speed by 3%.
Overdrive- Projectile speed increased by 20%, attack speed increased by 10%; all allies within 8m have projectile speed increased by 15% and attack speed increased by 8%.
