Unable to continue Campaign

Hey,

I'm new to this game and I've enjoyed it so far.
But I just finished level 1-4 and want to continue.
But when I go to the navigation screen I can't click campaign..

Does anybody now how to fix this
Your help would be really apreciated.

Sorry for my bad spelling.. I'm Dutch.

There was a recent report similar to this where the Campaign was greyed out. Relogging fixed it for the person in question.

You'll have to provide more details however...especially with something so obscure.
