(Admin) All stats have been reset

Hey guys I was just wondering if an Admin can look into my account, I have the same problem as a few other people on here where i changed my mind and wanted to matchmake instead of solo playing so i logged out and now my stats have reset back to 0.
My cro level was almost 25 and i just started 8-1
really need to fix this bug, thanks fellas.

Just wanted to say awesome game guys, obviously there is a few things to iron out but i give you a 9/10!.

I didn't realize it until now, but if it helps at all I'm pretty sure my level was reset at the same time as tribals...I just didn't realize it until morning because I went to bed after that game (which was right before his first post) and I do remember the blank helix log screen coming up

Best thing you can do, DarkOmen713, is contact EA Customer Support directly. If at all possible, organise a Live Chat with them. They can help you more than we can on this matter ;3.
