The Development Team no longer appears to frequent these boards.
The Moderator Team has no plausible way to contact the Development Team.
With this problem, the optimal path one can tread is to contact EA Customer Support while making sure to inform them that the forum is a dead-end.
The Moderator Team hopes this will be resolved by the players contacting EA, then EA getting in touch with the behind-the-scenes team for Darkspore.
As you've no doubt gathered: There is unfortunately nothing we can do on the forums, sorry.
All misinformation, lies & stirring of the proverbial cauldron will be punished to the full extent of the system. The boards might be quieter these days but they will remains a place for people to be comfortable in.

It would appear (from past experience) that a hard restart of the servers is required.
All I can suggest further is to get in touch with EA & quite clearly state the following:
The game requires a hard restart as this problem has been seen before & nothing but a hard restart of the servers will fix this. Whoever maintains the servers must be notified post-haste. The Moderator Team has tried to contact the Development Team but as they no longer frequent the Darkspore boards, this appears impossible for them. As an EA rep you must push this to the maintenance team of Darkspore & sort out this issue.
You can copypasta or re-write as you wish...but please be polite. Remember it is NOT the EA Rep's fault this problem has occurred & they, like me, are only trying to help.
It is also not just one lobby, the issue is widespread but (apparently) in flux.
