Product Key issue

I bough the game a while back installed played etc all worked fine, subsequently i changed pcs and reinstalled , now its asking for the key again ?
im not sure if i even still have the box >.<

Then your details would be incorrect.

You'll have to get in touch with EA Customer Support, not us.
