retail code and login site problem

i got the retail key problem i searcht on the forums but i found nothing and now i have a new problem i cant login in to the site on forums i can but not on the site pl some 1 help me omg

Almost every thread on the first page of this board is key related & mentions both aspects of your problem...

Still, if you are unable to register your key at www.darkspore.com/product then try a different browser. If that fails then contact EA Customer Support directly...they should have little against manually applying the key to your account.

Well thank you i did it whit a different browser and it works ^^ i can now login in to the site so i could enter my retail code ! The game works perfect ! Thanks again !

Out of curiosity, which web browser were you having problems with, and which web browser did you have to use to get it to work?

Well i whas using internet explorer dint work what that , and whit mozilla firefox it workt .

Btw there somthing rong if you log in whit mozilla , i cant clik forums but it it does not matter for me xp . its just to let you know !
