Log in issue.

i keep going in circles, tried to log in to play the game and have to re enter my key code, then it just takes me back to the log in screen. tried doing it online here at the site and kept getting the same issue. This is frustrating! Also I have no icon for darkspore on my desktop and i have to restart my PC otherwise the PC doesn't recognize the game at all. I have the maximum requirements to play the game and i still can't play it.
