Serious problem

I re-bought Darkspore as a gift for a friend, using my account info, but it just gave me another icon in Origin, and it didn't send me another code, so now he can't play. :( Can anyone help?

I think for a matter such as this you may need to contact EA Customer Support.

Provide any details you can & cooperate with them, I'm sure they'll be able to work it out fairly.

Unfortunately there's not a lot 'we' can do, sorry; hope you get the result you need though :3.

It turned out that I did get the code but it was very hard to find. :-l Thanks for the advice!
