No CD key in Australia

When Is the release date for Australia?

I pre ordered the game through the EA Store and have not yet received my key.
It does not show up yet in my EA account under purchases.
I did a live chat session on April 24 to check that everything was ok as nothing was showing and was told that that was a known issue with pre orders but that everything would be fine as soon as the game went live.

Here I am now 16hrs after release and still nothing.

Sorry but for countries outside of America the release date is the 28th.

our release day (i live in australia, neighbour you) is always 2 days after NA's. next time, just assume u hav to watch the americans play it 2 days first, then u get ur hands on it. they most of the time release on tuesday, and that's thursday for us.

in reality, it's actuly only a day and a half, cuz we'r 17hrs(i think) "ahead" of them. but it's still a wait we cant maneuver our way around.

edit: im not talking about EA alone, it's like an algorithm for the whole gaming industries thing.

Maybe im missing something, but how did 17 hours become 2 days?
Im used to waiting for NA to catch up to our time, but time zones aside shouldn't we be able to play at the same time as americans?
Should i expect to be able to play in half an hour when it will be the 28th here?

no the 17hrs is the time zone, we'r +10 and pst is -7

but despite being in +10pst we release 2days AFTER their date. so we release on 28th, and they release on 26th, for the sake of shipping and those jazz.

i was only mentioning the timezone thing to "sooth the pain" cuz it means we'r not actually waiting a whole 2 days. it's actuly quite irrelevant.

u should expect to be able to play as soon as u get ur key, assuming ur not getting the errors.
