can anyone pls tell me how to unlock 2nd hand weapon? and how to/ can u switch squads during the threats

Second Hand Weapon? What do you mean?

You also can't Switch out your Squad during a Threat Level, only Switch out your Hero.

Each hero only equips one weapon item, even if the hero displays two weapons, if that is what you mean.
